This image represents fierce beauty, profound love, creative energy and so much more. We have dug deep, found our grounding, lost it, reclaimed, and lost it again. We have weathered and celebrated Uranus in Taurus with grace and then, not so much. And yet the feeling of liberation and freedom is pleasurable, so we feel the grace again! Ultimately, we persist in our belief that there is Love within or if that’s a stretch, at least nearby. We continue to find beauty where we can even if it is just what has survived the literal and metaphorical fires.
Beauty presides over this new moon along with a healthy dose of magic and healing.
This year, with the New Moon nearly conjunct Black Moon Lilith and in relationship with the newly retrograding Pluto, this representation of Taurus feels even more aligned!
To say that there is a depth and a connection to the Mystery with this new moon would be an understatement. As usual, the Cosmos is offering us an opportunity to dive deep and feel super sensual while moving forward on the journey.
What can this New Moon support in each of us?
Our collective journey includes reviewing some of the shadowy parts of our selves, our pasts, our relationships as well as deepening into our sensual and sexual energies in order to emerge with more power, more aliveness, and more love. This is definitely a time to explore your sensual nature! Literally, engage all your senses to feel, breathe, sing into life in a new way!
This New Moon, we are being asked to connect to, explore and enjoy our Inner Resources and our Outer Resources in ways that really will create sustainable living that reflects the true beauty of Taurean love.
On a collective level, this suggests appreciating the earth’s resources in new ways, supporting her regeneration and inventing new ways of living well with her.
In our personal lives, we can continue our deepening journey of creating magic with our inner goddess through our connection to Love, Beauty, Art, Sensuality, and Love. And as always, we start with ourselves first.
Taurus is closely identified with how we embody our value – how we truly feel about ourselves.
As we move into preparation for the next cycle, it’s time to examine how we can love ourselves more deeply and authentically – how we can stand and look in the mirror and truly love what we see and feel.
Taurus reminds us to connect deeply with our sensual selves as well as offering us the reminder that we must maintain our personal temple – honor our bodies as a Temple of the Soul.

Taurus has a strong desire nature! Taurus wants. Taurus holds onto. The shadow of this is quite strong – holding onto something (or someone) too long is a side-effect that can bring dis-ease into life or body. Releasing, shedding, transforming just like in nature is the key to healthy Taurus energy! But don’t try to tell a Taurus that – trust me!
Stabilizing our lives, giving and receiving more pleasure, and deepening into our self-love and love for life are the keys to open the doors of manifesting what we desire.
