2020: Part 4

In all of our lives, there are situations that are catalyzing growth. Opportunities arise every day that allow us to learn and use what we know. Right now, they may be and feel more dramatic.

Remember to be kind to yourself. Seriously. Starting this new decade with self- love and care is a great foundational beginning. You are invited to bring the compassion and nurturing from the previous cycles and combine them with more creative structures designed to create a stronger foundation.

Blessings for 2020 and the entire cycle include abundance, warmth, dignity, refinement, and vitality.

What feels abundant and rich to you? What evokes a snuggly feeling? How are you cultivating your sovereignty? And, of course, how are you cultivating your inner fire?

Creativity is a tremendous support for wellness in all areas. You (always) have an invitation to allow new ideas, new visions, new processes, etc. to flow through you and into your life, your relationships and your business/work.

This is a great year to review your personal mission and reconnect with your values. Re-establishing a strong foundation is a powerful choice and one that will serve you for the next decade.

Soulful, Creative and Conscious. You lead the way!

How we approach our connection to our soul’s journey is as important as the connection we make to the earth and the material realms in which we play.

Calling upon the creative energies that are readily available to us, we can offer our best to all with which we are engaged.

Mindfully approaching how we lead our lives is a powerful way to live.

Leadership really does start within your own sovereign self. Getting to know yourself is a practice – a worthy one any year but especially this year!

How are you guiding and connecting with your own personal ‘inner team’?

We are made up of so many different selves – younger selves, wise selves, silly selves, powerful selves – we are very definitely a full house in need of loving and compassionate guidance and leadership.

There are days when it is entirely appropriate to let the 3-year old lead the way – her joy of discovery with her intense response to anything and everything new.

Most of the time, though, it is best to let the wise self lead in a cohesive and inclusive way – so that every part of you gets to feel expressed and alive.

Ultimately, expressing your full self is one of the most powerfully sacred ways to live that gives others permission to do the same.
