[2020: Part 2 begins where I left off… recovering from the elevator experience…and listening to the cosmos]
Once I was home, I thought about the fact that I had been pulling The Devil card over and over for the last couple of weeks. I knew I LOVED Angeles Arrien’s take on this card. But when I actually read this again for the first time in a long time, I was STUNNED because it is, in fact, what I have needed to do ALL YEAR and what I am continuing to do (especially as we move closer to the massive planetary line-up in CAPRICORN!) I think it is helpful advice for all of us as we prepare for January 2020:
“The Devil/Pan symbol reinforces the ability to combine stability and humor in aspects of life. If you are wanting to look at your be-devilments from a place of humor and solidity, this archetype assists your process of facing difficult issues in a centered way that carries with it the grace of humor (really?! I have been trying! LOL?!). Through meditation or creative visualization, the Devil/Pan archetype can facilitate the ability to move through challenging situations in a way that will not take you off balance (hello…major theme for this year). If you have a tendency to take things too seriously (me?!), this symbol reminds you of your ability to maintain a sense of humor about yourself and your process…
“When you pull this symbol or find yourself continually drawn to it, it represents that you are currently facing your bedevilments or problems with humor and sure-footedness (you bet I am—NOW!). You may be resolving issues with Capricorn people with grace and humor and less willing to let yourself be thrown off balance by taking things too seriously. The month of Capricorn maybe a time where you are required to maintain and sustain your sense of humor in all areas of your life (good advice!).
During the next fifteen weeks or fifteen months, you may find yourself attracted or drawn to creative people, projects, and inspiration events. It is the best time to follow your bliss and to trust that which has strong resonance and attraction for you (yes! a thousand times yes!).”[1]
2019 has been quite a year. 2020 is shaping up to be even more. There’s so much I want to share about EVERTHING related to the Cosmic Kaleidoscope that we find ourselves in right now.
I will say this: commit to learning as much as you can from everything you can while loving yourself unconditionally and approaching life with as much courage and creativity as you can.
Our souls are on journeys that would make a super-hero think twice. Seriously.
If you consider how much courage it takes to incarnate and live this human life, you will hug yourself so hard and hug everyone else you see, too!
